Could you use some support to be your best self this year?
The way we are currently working and living is broken. 2020 made that very clear. Now, we all face the challenge - and opportunity - of building back better, to a New Way.
The bad news is unprecedented levels of lifestyle illness that aggravate vulnerability to Covid-19; racial injustice; rising wealth and wage inequality; economic instability particularly for historically oppressed groups; and existential environmental threats.
The good news is that we have the knowledge, resources, and technology required to address these challenges.
What we need is the courage and the will to build a healthier, more just, equitable, inclusive, and sustainable society. The first step toward that change is individual. We must each get clear on how we are best positioned to contribute. Then we can learn the information, mindsets, and behaviors required to play our unique role.
Ready to play your part in building back better toward a New Way?
Great - you're in the right spot. Our Purposeful Growth Fellowship is designed to help you do just that. Read on to understand how.
Now is the time to:
1. Clarify your impact.
2. Activate your purpose.
3. Contribute to the New Way.

The webinars take place over Zoom, so we recommend downloading the latest software version. And, yes! In all cases, we understand personal learning styles, Zoom fatigue, life obligations, and technical problems, and will support participants accordingly.
