Are you doing your part to contribute to The New Way?
The way we are working and living is broken. COVID has called attention to the cost of this brokenness and people are desperate for guidance toward a better way for themselves and the people and planet around them. The twenty-first century way of working and living is plagued by unprecedented levels of lifestyle illnesses, climbing inequality in our communities, economic uncertainty and instability, and finally, irreparable damage and new, existential threats to our planet. The good news is that we do collectively have the knowledge, resources, and technology required to reset, building a fairer, healthier, more just, equitable, and sustainable approach.
What we need is the will and courage to make these changes, and that requires that all of us - or at least a critical mass of us - be clear about how we can and want to contribute. That clarity - a sense of purpose - is what will enable us to persist through the challenging and uncertain process of systemic change.
Ready to play your part in that reset? The Fall 2020 Purposeful Growth Fellowship is designed to help you do just that. We'll provide you with the individual knowledge and skills to make an impact and bring about the New - fairer, healthier, more equitable, just, and sustainable - Way.
Clarify your impact. Activate your purpose. Contribute to The New Way.

What software do I need for the online course? Do I need a microphone or webcam?
The webinars take place over Zoom, so we recommend downloading the latest software version. And, yes! We encourage all participants to turn on their video and microphone to facilitate better discussion and interaction. During peer learning sessions, video is strongly encourage, given what we know about the powerful community element of the Fellowship. In all cases, we understand personal learning styles, Zoom fatigue, life obligations, and technical problems, and will support participants accordingly.
